Tennis is one of the few sports you can play at a high level well into your 60s and 70s, and the benefits go beyond fitness. It builds focus, decision-making under pressure, and the discipline that comes from working on something genuinely difficult.
The adult programs at 3015 Tennis Academy in Glendale are built around real coaching, not just court time. Every session has structure, progression, and a coach who knows your game. Whether you’re just getting started or getting back to competitive play, you’ll improve every week.
Your first beginner or intermediate group class is free. Adult Advanced/Live Ball requires a membership or paid drop-in.

Clean strokes and footwork built on correct mechanics, so good habits compound over time instead of bad ones.
Court-specific conditioning: agility, lateral movement, and the endurance to stay sharp in the third set.
How to construct a point, recognize patterns, and make smart decisions when you're out of position.
Match practice and pressure drills, so your game holds up when the score matters, not just in rallies.
Career coaches. On the court in Glendale every week.
Real feedback from Glendale and Burbank families.
"Mher and Oleg do a great job working with my daughter. She's improved more in 3 months at 3015 than in a full year of park tennis lessons. The structured curriculum is exactly what she needed."
— Monika G.
Glendale
"Professional, structured, and the coaches actually care about each kid's progress. The free trial sold us — we signed up the same day. Best tennis academy in Glendale."
— Vick T.
Burbank
"This is the real deal. My son went from never holding a racket to placing in his first tournament inside 6 months. We drive in from La Crescenta every week — worth it."
— Alex G.
La Crescenta
"As an adult beginner I was nervous about being the worst player in the group. The coaches met me where I was and now I'm hitting full rallies. Highly recommend the Yellow Ball adult track."
— Navya L.
Glendale
"The facility is great, scheduling is easy, and the makeup-class policy is the best I've seen. Worth every dollar."
— Vik L.
Eagle Rock
"Both kids train at 3015 four days a week now. Tournament-ready in less than a year. The closest serious tennis academy to Burbank — we won't go anywhere else."
— Sarah M.
